Wrong-size exchanges
Got the wrong dimensions? We cover the return shipping label and ship the right pack at no cost. No repacking required.
Damaged on arrival
If packaging or filters arrived damaged, send a photo within 72 hours. We will get a replacement to you ASAP.
Refund timing
Once received at our facility, refunds process in 1–2 business days. Your bank may take 3–5 additional days to post the credit.
